Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on Tool Stamps are processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually processed on the next business day. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, inventory checks, or unusually high order volume.

Shipping Area and Cost

We currently ship orders within the United States. Standard shipping within the United States is free for Tool Stamps orders.

Carriers and Delivery Time

Standard orders are shipped with carriers such as USPS or GOFO. Typical delivery time is 7 to 10 days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier handling, weather, holidays, and other delivery conditions. Large orders may be shipped with UPS two-day delivery and signature service when appropriate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is clearly offered at checkout.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team with your order number and any available tracking details. If an order has not arrived 5 days after the estimated delivery window, we will review the tracking information and, when appropriate, arrange a reshipment for the customer.

Tool Stamps is an independent stamp retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the United States Postal Service or any government agency.
